Today you’ll see we have officially launched our brand-new look, website, and eo hub at our People Powered Business event.
There’s so much more to come. Together we can increase the opportunity for employee ownership to thrive in the UK and beyond.
As a sector that is growing and maturing, EO stories are evolving.
Businesses that are people powered by offering employees a stake and a say leverage employee voice in their strategy. They drive the impressive results evidenced in the People Powered Growth report.
These Great EO impacts include increasing employee wellbeing and prosperity, driving performance, productivity and job creation, as well as innovating strategy that impacts communities and the environment.
We have a plan to maximise the impact of employee ownership in the UK working with members and external partners.
This is rooted in an EO Framework, a blueprint of practices that supports employee owned businesses at any stage of their EO journey to develop and evolve.
The results will power the stories and real-life case studies of Great EO in action.
As the linchpin of the UK’s employee ownership sector, the eoa provides advocacy, support, empowerment, and progress for a sector that is Proudly Employee Owned.
Working closely with our members we have evolved our policy priorities. Through extensive research and collaboration, we've crafted a manifesto that charts a course towards a thriving EO landscape that will launch in May.
The manifesto will serve as a policy roadmap for the eoa, the employee owners we serve, and the sector at large. It aims to promote, position, and demonstrate both the relevance and the growth opportunity of EO as we move closer to the general election and beyond.
So, as we continue together to grow Great EO impacts, we’ll have more stories to tell.
We are the EO storytellers, and together we will challenge and influence a better working world that really delivers for people, place and planet.
If you think your stories can support these aims, or your policy positions are likely to be aligned, get in touch. We’d love to talk to you.
