Remember, this year accommodation is not included in the conference ticket price.

Step 1: Select how many tickets you need

If you are booking tickets for colleagues we will ask for their details after you have purchased your tickets. We'll send you a form in your confirmation email so that you can share this information with us. We will then add them to the event so that they can choose their own breakout sessions.

Step 2: Answer the questions about your booking.

If you are not attending the conference you can skip this section.

Step 3: Select Your Accommodation, if needed

Unlike previous years, hotel costs are not included in the ticket price. This is due to the proximity of the hotels and price difference.
If you're booking multiple tickets, but unsure who'll need accommodation, then we'd recommend booking for Tuesday night only. Once you advise the names of your colleagues attending, they could always request a room on the Monday night (subject to availability) if required. Then turn up on the day. It’s as simple as that.

Step 4: Choose your breakout sessions, if you are attending.

You cannot choose sessions for your colleagues, they will be invited to choose their own sessions.

Step 5: Check Out to Secure Your Space

To guarantee your place at the eoa Annual Conference, it’s essential to check out and complete the registration process.
