Welcome to the registration process for the eoa Annual Conference. Here’s everything you need to know to secure your place and get the most out of the event taking place at Telford International Centre on 26 – 27 November.
Ticket Price Breakdown
The full conference registration ticket includes access to all conference keynotes, breakout sessions, exhibition area, food and refreshments, and a welcome drink at the UK Employee Ownership Awards Dinner with a three course meal.
Remember, this year accommodation is not included in the conference ticket price.
You can purchase up to 10 tickets on this registration site, if you'd like to bring a larger group please call 01482 667122 or email [email protected] and we'll be happy to make all the arrangements for you.
Early bird is open to the first 200 tickets purchased, then it'll revert to the standard rates. All prices are shown as ex VAT (VAT will be applied at check out stage).

Once you've checked out and secured the number of tickets you require, we'll need the names of your colleagues who'll be attending by 31st of July. You'll find details of how to do this in the confirmation email.
We've listened to your feedback and, this year, we’re introducing virtual conference tickets that will become available to book in a couple of weeks. These virtual tickets will provide a livestream of keynote presentation and the most popular breakout session(s). Please note these will not enable interactive participation.
Select Your Accommodation
Unlike previous years, hotel costs are not included in the ticket price. This is due to the proximity of the hotels and price difference.
Once you’ve selected how many tickets you would like to purchase, the programme will come up allowing you to choose which hotel you wish to select.
If you're booking multiple tickets, but unsure who'll need accommodation, then we'd recommend booking for Tuesday night only. Once you advise the names of your colleagues attending, they could always request a room on the Monday night (subject to availability) if required. Then turn up on the day. It’s as simple as that.
