4. Where is the conference?

The eoa Annual Conference 2025 will take place at the Telford International Centre, International Way, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 4JH.

5. Does my ticket include accommodation?

Ticket prices for the 2025 conference do not include accommodation. You’ll need to book your own.  

6. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. You’ll need to contact [email protected] to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Tickets are not to be sold on or bought on behalf of other organisations. Tickets can only be transferred within an organisation. 

7. Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Tickets were refundable subject to the following cancellation terms as per the Terms and Conditions agreed to on registration.

8. Where’s the nearest car park?

There is a large complimentary car park at the venue. All the details of where to park will be in the joining Instructions that will be sent out prior to the event.

9. How do I pay for the conference ticket?

The online registration offers two options – by credit card or by invoice:

Credit card: pay immediately when booking tickets. When the credit card payment is made, the named booked will receive an email, that includes a receipt.

Invoice: the booker has an option to enter a purchase order number. Once you have pressed submit, the invoice will be attached to your confirmation email.

10. Can I get a discount on my ticket?

We offer a discount if you purchase multiple tickets. We aren’t in a position to discount the ticket prices any further.

11. I'm an exhibitor; how do I get my complimentary ticket?

Exhibitors will need to register for the required number of tickets they need via the eoa Annual Conference registration page.

To claim the discount for the complimentary ticket you’ll need to enter the code that you would have been given at exhibition stand booking stage in the ‘Promotional Code’ box at checkout page. 

However, this is only required until exhibition stand sales are live. Until then, we recommend that exhibitors book one less than the tickets they need – for example, if they want to bring four colleagues in total – including the free ticket with their stand – we suggest they book three tickets at the time of booking then add the fourth when they book their stand.

12. What do I get / why attend?

This is the UK's biggest employee ownership conference and offers a great opportunity to network with like-minded businesses at all stages of their EO journey. You’ll be joining 850+ delegates to connect with and pool knowledge, as well as share challenges and experiences with people in similar positions. As the UK’s biggest EO gathering, there’s also a sense of tremendous community, pride, and fun to be found throughout the two days.

With over 30 breakout sessions over the two days, you’ll leave armed with ideas and knowledge on EO and better business practices to take back to your workplace.

Tickets include two-day conference, lunch and refreshments throughout, attendance to the UK EO Awards and afterparty, and entertainment.

13. Who should attend?

The conference isn't just for founders, successors, or senior leadership. We’re open to everyone and have welcomed many employee trustees and representatives over the years, plus those who’ve recently joined an employee owned business. Regardless of your role or experience level, you’ll find plenty for you at the eoa Annual Conference.

15. Can I buy a one-day ticket?

Due to our full event programme and exciting evening do, we are only offering two-day tickets for this year's conference.
