EO Leadership Development Programme: Building the Mindset, Culture & Skills to Lead

Strengthen your skills and capabilities as a leader of employee owners to deliver strong, sustained business success.  Discover practical frameworks to turn employee ownership principles into meaningful action across your business.

Leading success in an EO business can be a momentous change - propelling the drive for impact, innovation, and transparency across the entire business whilst also ensuring long-term growth, performance, and competitiveness within your sector.

This six-month development programme shows you how Great EO leadership creates the clarity, trust, and empowerment needed to drive sustainable success by aligning employee owners and decision-makers around a shared purpose.

In practical terms, you’ll learn how to operationalise EO by focusing your leadership energy on the areas of your business that matter the most.

You’ll also discover how to activate The EO Mindset behaviours across your employee owners to enable meaningful contribution, unlocking the collective intelligence that can transform both the success and wellbeing of your business.

Programme Overview

This is a six-month development programme running from 6 May to 21 October 2026. That’s 24 hours of virtual, tutor-led learning; plus, a 1:1 reflective coaching session.

You’ll learn through topic-based seminars with interactive discussions with peers, opportunities for personal development and self-reflection, as well as hearing from other EO leaders.

You’ll also gain insight into your Growth Mindset through the Mindset Advantage assessment – a tool only delivered by a small number of accredited practitioners. You’ll receive a personalised report and a 1:1 reflective coaching session with Course Director Yogi Johnston. This session will focus on amplifying your strengths, pinpointing priority development areas, and translating your results directly into your leadership practice.
