The EOAs Virtual Network Meetings provide members with an opportunity to hear from other employee owned businesses through case study presentations and Q&A, followed by the chance to network in smaller groups on specific topics unique to employee ownership.
With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these meetings are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning.
This month’s Virtual Networking Meeting will feature a panel discussion on how employee ownership can be incorporated into different parts of a recruitment strategy, from initial job requirements, to a values based selection process and induction and career development considerations. We will be joined by Neil Smith, Managing Director of Kinetic, an employee owned recruitment business, Katrina Ritchie, People & Culture Director of Gripple and Tina Allen, Head of HR at Smile Together Dental.
Networking conversations: Attendees will be able to join a breakout room to network and discuss one of the following topics; “General Recruitment”, “The EO Induction Process” “Career Development in EO Businesses” and a general employee ownership discussion session.
