The behaviours of leaders – both founders and the new leadership team – can be the difference between losing employee trust and building a feeling of ownership. 

After 20 years Chris Budd, Founder of Ovation Finance stepped back as managing director of the business into the role of Chair. He has since worked with many owners and leadership teams in their transition to employee ownership. Chris will share insight into the leadership behaviours that were important for the business to thrive – both for him as he took a step back and the new leadership team stepping up. This will be followed by a Q&A.  

You will also get an opportunity to continue the conversation with Chris and Adrian Kidd, Chris’ replacement as MD of Ovation Finance s in smaller networking groups, and connect with other EO businesses to network and learn from one another on other topics unique to employee ownership.
