Bubble Chamber formed back in 2014 with co founders Ben Freedman and Craig Carey. They recognised that a different kind of business support was needed to fit the uniqueness of a newly emerging, innovative sector of the global economy.
Using their wealth of experience, Bubble Chamber have put together a programme on ‘Creative Conversation’ to assist leaders with employee engagement and have been working with two EOA members on introducing it into their organisation.
Join Ben Freedman and Craig Carey along with David Osborne, Managing Director and Michelle Brammeier Employee Director at Catalyst Choices CIC and learn ways to:
- have conversations with employees owners rather than broadcasting to them.
- engage owners after initial bloom
- help main board and trustee board to work in collaboration
Above all understand how to turn difficult conversations into creative ones!
You’ll have an opportunity to continue the conversation with our speakers in smaller networking groups and learn from fellow members on other topics unique to employee ownership.
With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these 90-minute online meetings are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning.
