The EOA is delighted to be able to share the most comprehensive evidence of the impacts of employee ownership, for people, business, the economy, the environment and society.
The EO Knowledge Programme, commissioned by the EOA and delivered by Ownership at Work, provides solid evidence of the impact of employee ownership in the UK. The largest piece of research of its kind, the final report from the programme – produced in partnership with WPI Economics and DJS Research – evidences the true impact of EO on businesses, employees, the economy, the environment and society, as well as providing a best practice framework for EOBs.
Join Campbell McDonald, Chief Executive of Ownership at Work, and James de le Vingne, Chief Executive of the EOA, to explore the findings of the EO Knowledge Programme. This webinar will give attendees the opportunity to hear about headline insights, as well as how the evidence of best practice will support the development of learning and benchmarking toolkits.
You’ll have an opportunity to continue the conversation with our speakers in smaller networking groups focused on the detail of the reports, how to use the findings in your communications, and what this means for future policy and influencing work in the EO space.
With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these 90-minute online meetings are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning.
