The EO Knowledge Programme, commissioned by the EOA and delivered by Ownership at Work,  provides solid evidence of the impact of employee ownership in the UK. The largest piece of research of its kind, the final report from the programme – produced in partnership with WPI Economics and DJS Research – evidences the true impact of EO on businesses, employees, the economy, the environment and society, as well as providing a best practice framework for EOBs.
