Join us for a virtual roundtable discussion on Challenges and Support for Employee Owned Businesses (EOBs) on Tuesday 4 July 2023.
We want to gather the experiences and expertise of our members and stakeholders on actions that might strengthen the EO sector and existing EOBs, address our most important shared challenges, and put employee ownership on a level playing field with other business models. We will be asking our members to give their own perspectives on key challenges and opportunities for the EO sector, with focuses on finance and capital, specific initiatives that might support EO, and public procurement.
Additionally, we will also be looking at how the EOA as an organisation works with members to identify key challenges and policy solutions going forward, and will aim to seek input on how we can work together as an EO community on shared priorities.
This is one of three roundtables that the EOA will be hosting in June/July 2023 as part of our consultation and engagement to co-produce the policy priorities for the EO sector with our members. This will ensure that our work going forward is both evidence-led and addresses the most relevant issue to employee owned businesses. The priorities developed here will inform future policy activity within the EOA network, and inform how we engage and influence government, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
