Join us for a virtual roundtable discussion exploring best practice when transitioning to EO, and when making the most of your EO post-transition.
Through this roundtable, we will be seeking to understand our members’ experiences of the support available either when transitioning into employee ownership or when using best practice to make the most out of the model, including the EOA’s resources and learning, professional advisors, other sources of information and guidance, etc. We’ll also be sharing the early proposals for how the EOA can work to build on the successes in this space. In particular we’ll be focusing on:
- Challenges and successes in transitioning to EO
- Best practice, education and EO Learn
- Employee governance and engagement
This is one of three roundtables that the EOA will be hosting in June and July 2023 as part of our consultation and engagement to co-produce the policy priorities for the EO sector with our members. This will ensure that our work going forward is both evidence-led and addresses the most relevant issue to employee owned businesses. The priorities developed here will inform future policy activity within the EOA network, and inform how we engage and influence government, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
