Join the EOA on the 14th of April for the next EOA Conversation – Employee Owned Business Leaders. This 90-minute digital roundtable will bring together senior leaders form a range of EOA members to discuss the unique challenges facing leaders in EO businesses. Previous sessions have been very well received, with 100% of previous attendees stating they would be interested in attending future sessions.
Some of the topics discussed previously include: “Good communication & employee engagement”, “Good governance” and “Good leadership”. This EOA Conversation will be driven by the attending members, with the EOA chairing the session and providing support, allowing you to engage with your peers in a semi-confidential setting. These conversations will be taking place under Chatham House rules, a summary of the conversation will be produced and shared on the EO Hub for other members to view, but the notes will not be attributed to any individual or organisation.
