Lizzie is a Director in PwC's Workforce tax team who is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser.   Lizzie specialises in advising companies on management equity/cash incentives and wider remuneration including tax efficiency, design and implementation of share plans particularly for fast growth private companies as they approach a transaction/IPO.  Particular areas of expertise include UK tax advantaged structures, management equity incentives and reporting of share incentives. Lizzie works with private companies through all stages of their life cycle from the start-up phase to large established companies.  Lizzie also leads PwC’s London Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) offering, helping companies to sell to an EOT and she advised on one of the first EOT transactions after they were introduced in 2014. Throughout all her work Lizzie works closely with PwC’s valuation and legal teams to provide a complete service to clients. Lizzie has also assisted several companies in acquiring EO businesses as well as helping EO businesses to incentivise key employees over the next stage of development.
