The theme for this year is #ProudlyEO - 2024 is a big one for employee ownership all round.

Numbers of EO businesses are growing exponentially – many becoming eoa members – and we’ve undergone a major transformation with a brand new look, tighter focus, and some exciting tools in the pipeline to take the sector to new heights. 

That’s why we want the sector to shout louder than ever before this EO Day.

There are myriad ways to get involved and show your pride. From downloading and displaying the ‘Proudly EO’ badge to embed on your website and marketing materials to hosting celebrations and inviting MPs to your workplace. 

The possibilities are endless!
