Our community
Founded in 1979, we are a not-for-profit and politically independent organisation. Today, we work closely with more than 800 member businesses across the UK.
Our members span manufacturing, engineering, care, digital, retail, and professional services. What unites them is a belief in shared success and long-term thinking.

Chair of the eoa
We are recruiting for a new Chair of the Employee Ownership Association.
This is a strategic, values-led leadership role, guiding the eoa Board, supporting and challenging the CEO, strengthening governance, and helping shape the next stage of the UK’s employee ownership journey.
The Chair will play a key role in supporting the eoa’s ambition to grow employee ownership as a force for stronger businesses, better livelihoods, and a more resilient economy.

Data and Insights Administrator
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and organised Data and Insights Administrator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the quality, integrity, and accessibility of the eoa’s data, supporting our mission to grow employee ownership across the UK.
Working at the heart of our systems, you’ll help ensure that our CRM and Employee Ownership Business Register are accurate, up to date, and delivering value across the organisation.
Your work will support colleagues to use reliable data to inform decision-making, improve operations, and deliver insights to members and stakeholders.
Contract: Fixed term – 12 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Manchester, hybrid. Attendance at the office is expected at least twice per month, and more often where needed.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
