This episode provides case study examples – with employee-owned businesses sharing insights and first-hand experiences from their own EO journeys.

Lush: Kirsty Barnes, from the ethical high street cosmetics brand, talks about how its internal communications have benefited from its transition to become partly employee owned in 2017.

Salad Creative: Arabella Lewis-Smith, founder and Managing Director of the strategic, creative and digital agency, is on hand to answer the question we ask someone from within the EO sector each episode: ‘why do you love employee ownership?’
