Oakwood is an independent, specialist provider of outsourced company secretarial, company formation and compliance services. Founded in 2009 (and employee-owned from 2021), we look after the company secretarial requirements of a broad range of UK and overseas listed and private groups, private equity-backed groups, SMEs and not-for-profits. Clients include global giants General Electric (GE), Thermo Fisher Scientific and Carnival Corporation, as well as UK listed firms, JD Sports, MoneySuperMarket and Associated British Foods PLC.

We also work alongside a range of US, London and national law firms, providing both transactional support services and ongoing company secretarial services to their clients. Our team comprises senior chartered company secretaries and corporate lawyers, company secretarial advisers and a sizeable team of professional administrators. With a law firm background and a blend of company law knowledge and corporate transactional experience, we have expertise in all matters of company secretarial practice and procedure.
