The CMS UK Employee Incentives team is one of the largest practices in any UK law firm, with 3 partners and 8 lawyers dedicated to employee incentives work. Our team stands out for the broad range of work that it does. We have a wealth of experience advising clients on the legal, tax, regulatory and corporate governance aspects across the full share plans and employee ownership life cycle.

We advise FTSE 100 and multinational companies on their share plans and the public M&A network that goes with that, but also advise start-ups and other privately owned clients on management and employee equity arrangements and employee ownership. We work with clients to maximise the opportunities to reward employees in as tax-efficient way as possible and deliver their rewards cost-efficiently and commercially. As part of the wider CMS network, we are also quickly able to draw upon the overseas expertise of our international offices.
