Video case study: Scott Bader

To mark 100 years of Scott Bader Company Limited, and 70 years of the Scott Bader Commonwealth Limited, and after Godric Bader won the Celebrating a True EO Champion award as part of EO Stories 2021, the global manufacturer of adhesives, resins, gelcoats and functional polymers based in Wollaston, Northamptonshire, and with offices across the world, produced a video case study of its employee ownership journey.

The work of Godric and his father Ernest helped Scott Bader become the first company to hold a Common Ownership Certificate, a trailblazer of this new type of business model with employee ownership at its heart.
