Robert is the Managing Director of Postlethwaite, a law firm which specialises in employee ownership. Postlethwaite helps companies to become employee-owned by working with them to design their new ownership arrangements and then look after legal implementation and tax advice. Robert and his colleagues are also trustees of several employee ownership trusts.
