Be inspired and enthused at the EOA Conference 2016
Now in its eleventh year, the EOA Conference remains the preeminent event for anyone involved or interested in employee ownership.
With an expected 550 delegates, the 2016 conference will be the biggest so far – and the EOA team and Board look forward to welcoming delegates from established employee owned businesses, those curious to explore how employee ownership might support their own businesses, industry experts, academics, government officials and the media to the biggest employee ownership party of the year!
Over a two-day period, the Conference celebrates employee ownership, informs and inspires those keen to learn more about it, and connects and promotes the EOA membership in a unique and highly enjoyable way.
This year’s keynote speakers include the founder, CEO and President of SRC Holdings, Jack Stack. A pioneer of the business leadership model, the Great Game of Business, Jack will share his story of leading US-based SRC Holdings to become a $600m turnover business, with a focus on people and employee ownership.
Closer to home, new employee owned business, Union Industries of Leeds, will be sharing their inspiring story behind the move of this successful family owned business into employee ownership.
Open to EOA members and non-members alike, the first 300 delegates will this year benefit from the ‘early bird’ tickets available from the EOA Conference page– so booking is best made early!
