EOA Member Council to create People and HR Special Interest Group
Two members of the Membership Council are looking to establish a People and HR Special Interest Group.
Paul Seath and Neil Hughes are looking to develop a network of those whose role in their employee owned business focuses on people, to develop and promote best practice for People and HR standards.
The group will aim to meet three times a year to enable members to increase their knowledge and aid their own development, whilst sharing with other members – all with a focus on EO specific matters. This will include subjects such as communications about finance, how employee ownership works and the rights of owners alongside the obligations of employees.
They will include workshops led by members as well as visiting speakers to facilitate the exchange of ideas, information and experience.
Anyone with an interest in participating in the group can contact Paul via firstname.lastname@example.org
