EOA looking for new board members
The EOA is recruiting to its board as part of its succession planning.
The board, which meets four times a year, supports the Chief Executive in agreeing the direction and strategy of the association, acting as a sounding board for new ideas and monitoring the progress of the strategy.
Board members are also expected to take a leadership role in promoting awareness of the sector, be passionate about employee ownership and committed to raising awareness and encouraging and affecting change within the sector.
The EOA is seeking applications from both Partner and Trustee members and are interested, but not limited to, receiving applications from individuals who can demonstrate valuable commercial insight and/or who have experience in corporate governance, risk, law or company secretary roles.
