EOA growth plan drives team expansion
The UK’s employee-owned economy is growing at pace as an increasing number of business owners consider and then convert to employee ownership.
With a 30% increase in the number of employee ownership transitions in 2020 and an ambitious growth strategy and transformation plan, the EOA is looking to expand its team.
The EOA passed the 500 corporate member milestone in the first half of 2021. Its plans to evolve its offer to its growing community of businesses, will continue to support businesses through their employee ownership transition as well as supporting them to develop good employee ownership that drives better business impacts.
With a vision “To be recognised by all stakeholders as the go-to place for good employee ownership”, and a new strategy which outlines an ambition and steps needed to “unlock the potential of people, business and the economy through employee ownership”, there is a clear path forward to grow the association.
The EOA is recruiting to the following posts and welcomes applications from those with an interest in contributing to it as a values based organisation that is purposeful, insightful, enthusiastic and collaborative in the following roles:
- Engagement and Events Manager
- Member Executive
- Partnership and Communications Executive
- PR and Marketing Executive
