The Ownership Effect call for written evidence – deadline extended

While we have been busy touring the UK hearing verbal evidence on the opportunities for Employee Ownership to support the UK economy we have also been calling on you to help evidence The Ownership Effect through our Call for Written Evidence.

We have now extended the deadline by a week and we’re urging representatives from employee owned businesses and advisors to employee owned businesses to complete the online form.

The Inquiry, which is led by the EOA in partnership with the John Lewis Partnership and the eaga Trust, chaired by Baroness Sharon Bowles and supported by Cass and Manchester Business Schools, is THE most significant opportunity for you to help give the sector a stronger collective voice and help us to capitalise on the current political and economic landscape, and growing demand for better ways of doing business, to help propel employee ownership into the business mainstream.

As an employee owned business you can provide evidence on one or more of the four following subject areas:

  • Productivity and Performance
  • Corporate Governance and Behaviours
  • Reason for Transition
  • Funding Employee Ownership

As an adviser to employee owned businesses you can fill out the most appropriate subject below:

  • Advisers offering services for business succession and growth
  • Advisers offering funding/finance service

The deadline for written submissions is now 5pm on Friday 28 July 2017.

If you need any support giving evidence talk to us on (01482) 667122.
