Employee owned businesses, or those on the journey to becoming employee owned, can hear about how to best leverage the benefits of EO by developing good governance, good leadership and good engagement.
This is a great way to gain insight that adds to the specialised advice of your accountant or solicitor.
You can also learn about the growth of the sector and how the EOA provides a community of shared experience, learning and best practice to support businesses making the move to EO, as well as help in bringing employee ownership to life for the business once you have transitioned.
There will be the chance to ask questions of our CEO Deb Oxley and our Head of Membership Oliver Smith. You can submit a question now to email@example.com, or you can ask questions in the event chat on the day.
