Over the next 10 months the EOA and Ownership at Work will be delivering a ground-breaking research programme in partnership with CBI economics. We are asking as many employee owned businesses as possible to come forward and share their insights as Knowledge Partners to contribute to this Employee Ownership Knowledge Programme.
The Knowledge Programme will be the largest piece of research ever undertaken on the UK’s EO sector. The findings, to be published in Autumn 2023, will demonstrate:
- The facts and data that demonstrate the impact of EO
- EO good practice to allow businesses to benchmark, learn and improve
- The difference EO makes compared to other business types
- The EO impact on commercial performance and on employees, communities and the planet
This will be a vital opportunity for the EO sector. Gathering this evidence is crucial in raising the sector’s profile as a whole and evidencing what it can offer as a different approach to doing business. It will also provide businesses the tools necessary to transition to and make the most out of EO.
To kick off the Knowledge Programme, we will be holding a Launch Webinar on Thursday 12th January at 10am.
We are inviting employee owned businesses to attend to learn more about the research and what it can offer the sector, how to get involved in the research by becoming a Knowledge Partner, and what will be involved for businesses that put themselves forward as Knowledge Partners.
In the meantime, find out more by reading the call to action for employee owned businesses to come forward as Knowledge Partners on the EOA’s blog.
