Owners currently considering a sale of their business to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) may feel that with current business conditions, a sale will not be possible. Profits may be depressed and prospects for 2021 may at best be uncertain.

EOT deals are however still very possible in the current climate with EOT valuations being likely to hold up well.
