The EOAs Virtual Network Meetings provide members with an opportunity to hear from other employee owned businesses through case study presentations and Q&A, followed by the chance to network in smaller groups on specific topics unique to employee ownership.

With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these meetings are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning.

This month the EOA are joined by Colin Wade of of Chemco who will be delivering a case study presentation entitled “The Chemco Story: Founder Steps Back, Employee Owners Step Up”. Hear how Chemco have established strong EO values, increased productivity & efficiency and how every employee owner has pitched in to play their part and keep the business running during the pandemic. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of Colin in an FAQ session, before heading into one of the the networking conversations detailed below.

Networking conversations: Attendees will be able to join a breakout room to network and discuss one of the following topics; “Good Leadership”, “Good Governance” “Good Communication & Employee engagement” and a session on specifically for Supporter Members of the EOA to collaborate and share technical insight.
