The EOAs Virtual Network Meetings provide members with an opportunity to hear from other employee owned businesses through case study presentations and Q&A, followed by the chance to network in smaller groups on specific topics unique to employee ownership.

With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these meetings are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning.

This month the EOA are joined by Karina Mier Benitez – International Sales and Marketing Manager of Tenscare who will be delivering a case study presentation on “Empowering employees to become employee owners”. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of Karina in an FAQ session, before heading into one of the the networking conversations detailed below.

Networking conversations: Attendees will be able to join a breakout room to network and discuss one of the following topics; “Recruiting & Retaining talent”, “Gathering Employee Opinion”, “Developing an EO Culture” and a session on general employee ownership discussion.
