The EOAs Virtual Network Meetings provide members with an opportunity to hear from other employee owned businesses through case study presentations and a Q&A, followed by the chance to network in smaller groups on specific topics unique to employee ownership.

With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these meetings are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning.

This month the Virtual Network Meeting is bringing discussion to the forefront, based on your feedback we have extended the discussion portion of the session, allowing you to choose an additional discussion session. You’ll join your first conversation group after a brief introduction, then at the halfway point of the VNM you’ll take a 10 minute break to grab a cup of tea and a snack, before returning to your second conversation group until the end of the VNM,

Networking conversations: Choose two from a total of four discussions on the following topics; increasing levels of employee engagement, effective governance in EO businesses, mental health and wellbeing, and a general discussion on other employee ownership matters.
