EOA Virtual Network Meeting: 26.05.2021

The EOAs Virtual Network Meetings provide members with an opportunity to hear from other employee owned businesses through case study presentations and Q&A, followed by the chance to network in smaller groups on specific topics unique to employee ownership.

With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these meetings are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning.

This month the EOA are joined by Kirsty Dias of of Priestman Goode who will be delivering a case study presentation on “Creating an Effective Trust Board & Their Role in Harnessing Employee Voice”. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of Kirsty in an FAQ session, before heading into one of the the networking conversations detailed below.

Networking conversations: Attendees will be able to join a breakout room to network and discuss one of the following topics; “Good governance – Trust Board & Operating Board”, “Election Process & Comms”, “Employee Forums & Communication Channels” and a session on general employee ownership discussion.
