The EOAs Virtual Network Meetings provide members with an opportunity to hear from other employee owned businesses through case study presentations and a Q&A, followed by the chance to network in smaller groups on specific topics unique to employee ownership.

With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these meetings are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning.

In this months Virtual Network Meeting, you’ll hear from Derek Oliver, MD of Caledonia Social Care who’ll share how they have used their employee ownership as a platform for implementing change. Join Derek as he shares how a consultative and informative approach to developing the organisation helped to engage employees and put into place new systems that helped to drive down levels of absence while bringing the company into a surplus, a real achievement in the social care sector. This presentation will be followed by breakout room discussions detailed below.
