Knowledge Change Action Ltd, or KCA, was established in 2011 and was formally known as Kate Cairns Associates. Based in Gloucestershire, KCA is an experience team that run effective training programmes in trauma and resilience.
KCA became 100% employee owned in September 2021, although started the process about five years before but was delayed due to a tragedy and then Covid.
Following the positive transition to EO, KCA is now looking at implementing a new leadership style of ‘co-management’. Join the webinar to hear more about this from Rich Homes, MD at KCA.
KCA wanted to model how to do business differently that was congruent with its values, in a way that helped people stay well and healthy, make enough money for people to sustain their family and stay living in the community they loved, whilst making a difference to society.
