Making the most of your Employee Ownership USP!

Part of our next Scotland Regional Network meeting agenda will feature a workshop on realising the full potential of your EO status and consideration of how you can use this to win and retain customers, build stronger supplier relationships, and recruit and retain talented individuals to work in your organisation. We’ll also be spending some time sharing EO wisdom – What do you wish you’d known about employee ownership?

The Law Society is our host this time so the agenda will also include discussions on legal aspects of employee ownership both for existing employee owned businesses and those exploring EO for the future.
