-Presentation from award winning employee owned architects Page\Park. Hear Karen Pickering, Chair of the Board of Directors, tell the story of their move to employee ownership and what’s happened since. Karen will talk about how information is shared in the company. Interestingly, they have transparency around salaries which should lead to a lively discussion! Karen will also talk about how they use their EO status in terms of marketing and winning clients.

-Presentation from Keely Lead, Communications & Marketing manager at the EOA, about why communications are so important to the EOA, how the EOA and members can work together. -Participants will then have the option of joining discussion groups on either;
