Five years for four senior managers of Espace Europe to step up to lead the newly transitioned EO business and for the founder in his words to “make himself redundant”. That was the challenge. 

You’ll hear first-hand experience from Andy Williams, one of the four leaders and Head of Finance, and Tony Shally, Founder and MD.  

They will share insight into their 5-year journey; the behaviours that were important to become authentic leaders, and how they prepared culturally, financially and in terms of the organisation structure for Tony as the founder to have confidence to let go. 

Plus Tom Horton of ThinCats will share expertise on how they can support businesses with finance to enable growth, acquisitions, refinancing vendor loans. 

You will also get an opportunity to continue the conversation with Tony, Andy and Tom in smaller networking groups and connect with other EO business leaders to network and learn from one another on other topics unique to employee ownership.
