What level of information should I share? Who should I share it with? How often? These are all questions we regularly get asked by EOA members.  

Nigel Harris, Executive Director for Finance and IT of Allford Hall Monaghan Morris will share his first-hand experience having been employee owned since 2019. 

You will also hear from James Osbiston of ThinCats on your options for accessing finance. 

You will get an opportunity to continue the conversation with Nigel and James in smaller networking groups and connect with other EO finance professionals to network and learn from one another on other topics unique to employee ownership. 

With a diverse membership representing most sectors, sizes and locations across the UK, these EOA Conversations are an opportunity to develop new contacts, discuss challenges and opportunities and share best practice and learning. 

Registration on the day is from 10:55am, to allow a prompt 11am start.
