Join us on Wednesday 13 July for our EOA Conversation for Employee Representatives. 

We’ll start with Summer Rozenbroek, Head of Operations at Quiet Storm who will share her experience having been an employee representative for two years – what the role entails (and what it doesn’t), how they manage employee voice and some lessons learned along the way.  

You’ll then have an opportunity to connect with fellow employee representatives from across the EOA network, learn and discuss the unique challenges you face in your role in an EO business.  

This session is open to all employee representatives from EOA member organisations, or any colleague with an interest in this topic, so please do share this invite with your colleagues where relevant. You will be able to submit potential topics for discussion when registering.  

These conversations will be taking place under Chatham House rules. 

Registration on the day is from 10:55am, to allow a prompt 11am start.
