Join us on Tuesday 9th of February 2021 at 1:30pm for a reflection of how together we responded to the challenges of 2020, and how this resilience and fortitude offers us future opportunities to deliver better business together. 

This session, which incorporates the EOA AGM, rings in a new era for the EOA with a new president, new chair, and new digital proposition, rooted in a purpose that has become even more relevant as the world changes around us. 

Better Together – 2021 and beyond will focus on how the EOA is adapting to offer: 

  • New ways to connect you as members with each other and to our learning and development services 
  • New ways to work with you to tell your story to champion the sector 
  • New focus on campaigning for more employee ownership in the UK
