Sue Lawrence is an Independent Trustee on a number of Employee Ownership Trusts and specialises in working with companies to implement an effective governance structure that meets their needs.   

Campbell McDonald has worked in the EO sector for 14 years and is one the UK's most experienced employee ownership experts and practitioners. He encourages sharing meaningful ownership and participation with everyone in your organisation can impact people and performance like nothing else.
