Welcome to new members

We’d like to thank our member Unity Trust Bank, which has become a Trustee member of the EOA for this additional level of support. Unity supports organisations and businesses that aim to create community, social or environmental benefit in a financially sustainable way.

We’d also like to say welcome to Tens Care, The Biodiversity Consultancy Ltd, The Enterprise Tax Centre, Tithegrove Limited, Bright Ascension Ltd, Perrett Laver Ltd and Collective Architecture Limited who add to our membership’s huge array of sectors and specialisms.

TensCare, is Europe’s largest distributor of TENS machines worldwide and also provides electro muscle rehabilitation devices. The business which employs 17 people and is based in Surrey, became employee owned this month.

The Biodiversity Consultancy, which employs 25 people, helps clients to achieve an ecologically sustainable basis for development. Based in Cambridge, the company has presence in Australia, Brazil, Guinea, India and USA.

The Enterprise Tax Centre, a tax consultancy for businesses based in Cheshire and employing 7 people, joined the EOA as a supporter member in January. This month it has been presenting at two events on the tax benefits linked to Employee Ownership Trusts.

Tithegrove Limited, a groundworks and civil engineering contactor, employing 520 people and based in Swindon has joined the EOA as a partner member.

Bright Ascension Ltd, a space engineering software and hardware consultancy based in Dundee and employing 9 people, joined the EOA as a partner member. Their move to employee ownership caught the media’s attention this month.

Perrett Laver Ltd, which is London based and employs 65 people, works globally in recruitment  to identify outstanding leaders for organisations that are solving the world’s biggest challenges has come on board as a partner member.

Collective Architecture Limited, which employs 41 people in an architects practice based in Glasgow, has joined as partner member.
