Events update: Lecture, Summer Dinner, Conference and Awards
The EOA Summer Dinner is now fully booked, with 150 of our members reserving a place. A wait list is now in operation.
The event, this year sponsored by Mott McDonald, the UK’s largest employee-owned global engineering, management and development consultancy, will once again be held in the impressive surroundings of the Members’ Dining Room at the Palace of Westminster on the 8th of June.
Pre-dinner drinks will be very kindly sponsored for the fifth year by MyCSP, the leading employee owned civil service pensions administrator. This year the guest gift will be sponsored by Postlethwaite, an employee-owned firm of UK solicitors focusing on employee ownership.
With one week to go the Robert Oakeshott Lecture 2017 has limited places left and booking will close by end of play on Monday April 3. The lecture, to be given by Grant Thornton CEO Sacha Romanovitch, will address the theme of businesses doing well while doing good and takes place on April 6 at the ICAEW’s Chartered Accountants Hall.
The EOA Conference 2017 will be held on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th November and will be open for booking on the 26th of June. The sponsor for this year’s event once again is Capital for Colleagues. There are still plenty of opportunities to sponsor different aspects of the conference and you can now also register your interest for the exhibition space.
