EOA Annual Review

Our Annual Review 2017 highlights some of the key activity and impact of the Employee Ownership Association in 2017.

Working in partnership with our members and a range of stakeholders to mainstream employee ownership, whilst delivering membership value, has resulted in some key highlights during the year including;

  • Launch of the Ownership Effect Inquiry, the biggest ever engagement with the sector, providing new evidence of the impact and value of employee ownership as a route to influencing and informing key decision makers.
  • Celebrating the 5th UK Employee Ownership Day, reaching 1.3m people as part of our campaign for greater awareness and understanding of the scale and diversity of the sector.
  • Hosting the UK’s largest gathering of the sector at the EOA Annual Conference, which along with growth of our Regional Network events, saw us collectively engage with more than 2,000 attendees as we continue to enable development and growth within the sector.

As part of our work in 2018, we urge you to tell your EO Story; during the EO Day celebrations, at the EOA Conference, by applying for one of the UK Employee Ownership Awards or to your sector, to your local media or to your customers or suppliers.
