“If you’re nominating a colleague think about examples of things they have done to improve engagement, involve people or aided decision making and the outcomes of that support. Is there something they have done, such as an innovation, or continues to do that you would consider is going above and beyond. Also what do their colleagues have to say about them – share it!”
